As an artist, I was always struggling to find my unique style. I wanted to create an a authentic body of work and not just be a poor imitation of others. By combining tactile materials with typography for my doctoral studies, I was finally able to craft my own niche and the universe responded positively.

I finally overcame my early struggles and now I am in a position to help others do the same.

When it comes to unlocking your ultimate purpose, or even your next business idea, it pays to look at your own past struggles.

By identifying where you overcame past struggles, you recognise where you can help people in the future.

A good place to start looking is to the person you were seven years ago. If you could go back and ask them, what would they tell you they are struggling with the most? What advice could you offer them now?

By writing out a description of your past self, you can start to identify others who may share these same traits and struggles.

The process of discovering and unlocking your Creative Superpower places you in a unique position to help others. Forming a clearer picture of who you were seven years ago means you can recognise the people who need you when you see them.
